They will need to understand local laws and appropriate staff responses allowed for minor and major emergencies. They need to work with the [[Hotel]] for rules and regulations applying to the specific venue. They will need to train all departments on how and when to contact Safety if the need arises. They will try their hardest to prevent bullying, sexual harassments, and excessive intoxication from ruining attendees enjoyment of the convention.
